• Developing marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with senior marketing managers or directors.

• Managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Working closely with other marketing team members, such as content creators, designers, and analysts, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Collaborating with sales and product teams to develop marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, digital marketing, or product marketing.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
• An understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
