We explore and develop treatment options and enabling technology for improved clinical outcomes, our goal is to equip teams with the tools they need to make a difference.Role Overview:Responsible for executing on a strong marketing model for JOINTS RECONSTRUCTION, MITEK SPORTS MEDICINE and Digital Surgery business unit with a focus on sustainable compliant growth that is consistent with the CREDO, company policy, and business goals. The expectation is to deliver topline and GP growth by driving marketing excellence and external focus, developing the capability of the marketing organization, and building for scale by focusing on customer needs in specific surgical specialties utilizing internal synergy and external partnerships via new GTMs and digital pathways in line with J&J\xe2\x80\x99s MedTech ambition.   • Deliver the assigned Business revenue and GP plan for the business \xe2\x80\x93 Monthly / Qtrl\xe2\x80\x99y / Annual
  • Understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and market potential, and set direction, strategies, and plans to expand the market and realize market potential.
  • Analyze business KPIs including movement to advanced product mix to proactively identify marketing opportunities and risks, re-prioritize resources with one\xe2\x80\x99s marketing team, supply chain, sales leadership, and finance to maximize opportunities.
  • Partners with regional teams & JJ Medtech global teams to develop a long-term growth roadmap for India and South Asia, supported by an investment model which drives profitable growth efficiently, effectively and sustainably.
  • Ensures effective implementation and execution of policies and plans to direct the growth of the business unit and to achieve both long-term and short-range objectives through various marketing strategies and methodologies.
Critical job capabilities
  • Key surgical specialty-based marketing for enhanced reach
  • Drive collective strength of DePuySynthes power brands and market equity Joints, Digital surgery and Sports medicine
  • Build synergies to maximize reach and increase contribution from new GTMs, Channel Expertise, internal and external partnerships.
  • Develop marketing models with KPI\'s for evaluating performance of marketing initiatives by benchmarking competitive activities.
  • Shape market for focused surgical needs with market access tools
  • Drive data-based marketing interventions with financial acumen & market intel
  • Strong digital marketing capability for across orthopedic product and procedures though patient/customer insight marketing to enhance communication and reach more patients developing new innovative pathway.
Customer Satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Research and identify key customer critical success factors as a basis for identifying innovative opportunities that will deliver improved customer business performance and healthcare outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales team to engage with KOLs as customer focused advocate, a change agent in developing a Customer Value Proposition Framework and optimal Professional Education engine & CRM Approach based on strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, new growth opportunities and Professional insights.
Internal Business Processes
  • Manage internal relationships and processes enabling flexibility and responsiveness in drawing on internal specialists, accessing information and support as needed
  • Closely work with sales team and other functional partners through alignment and manage appropriate allocation and utilization of marketing resources/budget.
  • Provide relevant information to sales and other support departments, to contribute to effective internal business processes, and to support effective decision-making and actions across the organization.
  • Implementation, tracking, effectiveness, and analysis of key marketing interventions / campaigns
People Management
  • Develop a strong marketing team and ensure a competitive succession plan is in place for all the critical roles in marketing / sales organization.
  • Build synergy in the team, and with the other stakeholders through effective leadership
  • Build a strong team and talent pipeline through meticulous recruitment, implementing training and development plans to address development needs.
  • CREDO- conduct feedback and identify issues and action plans, and ensure completion of agreed-upon plans
  • Champion the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Find and execute leveraged strategies across different portfolios and specialties within DePuySynthes and strategies with collaboration across multiple business units in JJMI.
Corporate Ethics
  • Drive CREDO culture in the team through participation in the company\xe2\x80\x99s Credo programs, communicate to the team about their individual responsibility towards the CREDO
  • Manage business within ethics and values expressed in Credo while actively pursuing business outcome
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Post-graduation degree or diploma in Business Management.
  • Minimum of 10 Years of experience in marketing management with some people management experience
  • Orthopedic industry experiences are preferred.
  • Some sales experience is required.
