Position Title: Marketing Associate Experience: 1-3 yr Location : Bangalore Working mode: On-siteSkills : Candidate must have the knowledge of Digital & social media Posts, Email & Traditional Advertising, Cold Calling, Blog Posts, Newsletters & website content, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp. Search Engine Optimization, SEM & SEO, and Email marketing, Google Ads. Internship in marketing & advertising preferred. Qualification : Any Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools and prepare regular reports to track key metrics and KPIs.- Assist in the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects and campaigns within established timelines and budgets.- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials and resources.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.- Assist in other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager or senior team members.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.- Previous experience or internship in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different channels and audiences.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas in a team-oriented environment.- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
