Faster transaction speeds, lower costs and trading incentives have helped MTFs become increasingly popular in Europe. MTFs operate under the European Union\'s (EU\'s) MiFID II regulatory environment - a revised legislative framework to protect investors and instill confidence in the financial industry.This role will require the successful candidate to work on one of the three daily shifts through the week. The shifts are allocated rotationally. You will be joining a quickly expanding team supporting and overseeing all of the trading venues\' daily operations, from the frontline trading member support, trading activity monitoring and transaction analysis to on-boarding of new members and development, testing and on-boarding of new tradable products.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll doOversee the functioning and operations of the 24/5 trading venue through the week.Daily surveillance of all order and quote entry and trading activity on MTF using the market monitoring and surveillance tools.Primary contact to the Members of the MTF for trading and operations related matters.Transaction analysis (orders and trades) and assistance to Members on their transactional enquiries.Follow standard operating procedures for all the operational activities and escalate the incidents accordingly.Contribute to development and testing of systems and products as well as on-boarding of new Members.Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking forYou\xe2\x80\x99re curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.
