Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace. Position Overview Boeing Production Engineering is currently looking for Associate Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad, TBAL . This positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) business organization. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Production Engineering Teams to implement the Manufacturing engineering solutions. Position Responsibilities: The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Should be conversant with Assembly Processes, Customer Supplier Knowledge, Design / Produce Processes, Engineering Process Improvement Method, Manufacturing Methods, Product Structure, Operational Analysis. Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies. Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines. Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build. Leads and implements manufacturing plans. Conducts Producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements. Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices. Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions. Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule. Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Implements lean principles and technologies. Must have experience working with multi-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners. Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with partners from within Boeing and outside, across different cultures and time-zones. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, Statements of Work, and connect technology to business considerations. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Experience in Creation and Review of Build Sequence Experience in Interpreting the Manufacturing Specifications. Experience in Shop floor Production environment 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / Production engineering role The ability to communicate optimally, both verbally and in writing Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Mechanical / Tooling / Production Engineering. Typical Education & Experience: Minimum 6 - 8 Years of Experience with Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in India, Hyderabad.
