Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities

Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions
Manage trade accruals and approvals, as well as quarterly liability reviews
Provide robust commentary on period end sales and trade results
Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast on behalf of customer teams
Complete robust Ad-hoc analysis in support of the BUs growth and profit initiatives
Develop and manage models, tools and reporting
Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
Interact closely with US-based sales finance and sales customer managers to ensure completion of the overall periodic cycle of responsibilities

People ResponsibilitiesCoach and on- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes Qualifications:

Experience managing a P&L
4-7 years of experience in finance and planning
MBA preferred
Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SDW, SAP, FPS, Business Objects, Essbase & TREE
Tableau knowledge
Strong excel skills
Able to work independently and takes initiative
Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
Ability to function well in a team environment
Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
