As an Associate Manager, Solution Engineering (Monitoring Lead) for Digital Banking Infrastructure and Technology Operations, your primary responsibility will be to help establish core digital banking and wallet solutions globally, while also overseeing the integration of infrastructure, networks, and real-time payment processing.Role Responsibilities

• We are looking for Software Engineering Associate Manager who can form and lead a highly technical and dynamic team.
• This team will be responsible to build and maintain our next generation software. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for implementation of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined frame-work.
• The broad range of responsibilities include leading an engineering and configuration teams, partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and delivering on the service level agreements.

Role Requirements

• 8+ years of experience of IT experience in Development and managing Test Environments
• Expert in project management, communication, collaboration, team leading and stakeholders management
• Technical hands-on experience on tech stack like Java, .Net, Cloud services \xe2\x80\x93 AWS preferred
• Hands-on knowledge on Monitoring tools, like Dynatrace, Cloudwatch, for setup, configuration and dashboarding(Must have)
• Hands-on knowledge of logging and log monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK and Opensearch. Knowledge of DevOps.
• Self-starter, good analytical skills, proficient in troubleshooting
• Worked on Agile environment \xe2\x80\x93 Scrum and KanBan, SAFe is preferred
• ITIL certification is desired, especially Incident mgmt., Change mgmt. and Problem mgmt.
