Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager - Sales & Marketing Strategy to join our fast-growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team responsible for driving business growth and achieving revenue targets through innovative sales and marketing strategies in selling Ed Tech/STEM products. You will collaborate closely with senior management to align efforts with our company's overall objectives, ensuring our continued success and expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and messaging, to effectively penetrate target markets.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Implement and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
• Monitor social media channels to engage with relevant conversations and trends, enhancing audience interaction.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, email marketing, and online advertising to boost website/social media traffic and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with external agencies and channel partners to execute cohesive and effective marketing programs.
• Design, implement, and monitor sales and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize ROI.
• Work closely with product development teams to ensure products meet market needs and align with customer expectations.
• Develop and manage end-to-end sales processes, incorporating appropriate tracking and controls for efficiency.
• Establish sales targets by region and product line (B2B and B2C), aligned with overall company objectives.
• Strategize and execute plans for business expansion into new markets and geographies.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Implement mechanisms for customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Sales and Marketing from a reputed business school Or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field with relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience in the education industry or related field with a focus on promoting and selling educational products and services. Experience with Ed-Tech and STEM-related products is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices with experience managing sales teams.
• Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales across schools/institutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Travel Requirements:

Expect 25-30% travel for sales and marketing activities, public events, conferences, and customer visits.

Pay Scale:

8Lakhs to 10Lakhs and Incentives on meeting targets
