The Position As an Associate Manager - Sales & Marketing IT, you are overall responsible for enhanced Systems/Projects/Services across Hire and Onboarding, Position Management and Employee management for Global Commercial Solutions, Commercial IT GBS. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities: Responsible for Service Delivery Excellence for GCS - Commercial IT Operations and stakeholder management. People and budget management of employees in GCS and System Manager delegate budget responsibilities for critical systems for GCS. Managing specialists, SMEs, Developers, System managers & external consultants coach, mentor and develop people, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Evaluate niche skills (AEM, Vault) and create opportunities to leverage technology to benefit the team and stakeholders as SME for Content Hub technical/platform implementation, integrations with AEM, Salesforce and other end channels. Ensure all the projects and services delivered are within budget, time, and quality establish and review continuous improvements in line with SAFE Agile practices. Qualifications You hold a Masters/Bachelors with 10+ years of experience in the IT domain. Preferred domain knowledge in Pharma. Prior work experience on regulated systems on GxP environments. Experience from working and managing in a project oriented, international matrix organisation. Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team of experienced IT specialists. Excellent communication and experience in managing stakeholder and vendors. About the department Digital Data & IT GBS (Global Business Service) was established in February 2010 as an integral part of Digital Data & IT in HQ (Headquarter). From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 800+ employees till date. The main role of Global IT GBS (Global Business Services) is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. You will be a part of DD & IT, Development.Commercial IT department is an integral part of DD&IT within GBS India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In Global IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.
