We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager to join our Agri-Input Fertilizer team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the agricultural sector, particularly in fertilizers, and will be responsible for managing product portfolios, sales strategies, and customer relationships.Key Responsibilities :Product Management :- Oversee the product portfolio for agri-input fertilizers, ensuring alignment with market demands and company objectives.- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and improve fertilizer formulations.Sales Strategy Development :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers to promote products and gather feedback.- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding fertilizer application and benefits.Team Leadership :- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.- Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills related to agri-inputs and fertilizers.Collaboration :- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.Compliance and Reporting :- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to fertilizers.- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.Skills Required :- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and fertilizers.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.Qualifications :Education : B.Sc in Agriculture or related field.
