Position

As an Associate Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Projects & Communication you will be involved in planning of media relations activities - Secure a strategic approach to the media relations work by preparing a communication plan outlining the planned media relations activities linked to organizations business plan and key corporate objectives. Yow will create all internal communication in line with corporate guidelines. Strive to improve the communication at various levels within the organization towards maximizing motivation and business results. Ensure adherence to corporate Visual Identity (VI) by taking on the role of VI person and approving in writing via mail or by using the template in the Brand Manual. Furthermore, in the role you will also handle below responsibilities: -

  • Strategize and plan PR campaigns in line with organizational objectives and drives activities as per plan, plan for maximum media mileage for corporate projects and work with the Brand managers to maximize the opportunities for product related PR.
  • Create content for ongoing publication of news and information in appropriate employee communication outlets leveraging the full range of media channels (face-to-face, web, print and multimedia) to drive awareness, alignment and corporate culture.
  • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all corporate (non product/brand specific) publications and Ideate, plan, execute and drive patient support programs in collaboration with all stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 internal and external.
  • Create and regularly update the crisis management plan and coordinate the communication during crises locally and with the international marketing team.
  • Change Management: Serve as communications expert and advisor, working collaboratively with P&O, and other functions, in developing and implementing strategic communications and change plans.
Qualifications
  • Post Graduation in Mass Communication/ MBA with Excellent command over English(written and oral), and a flair for writing.
  • At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the field of Corporate, Marketing Communications and Public Relations.

About the department

The GLP-1 team in the India affiliate looks after two therapy areas \xe2\x80\x93 type 2 diabetes and obesity. Our aim is to drive better awareness and adoption of GLP-1 RAs for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and obesity. Our product portfolio spans Rybelsus\xc2\xae (oral semaglutide), Victoza\xc2\xae, and Wegovy\xe2\x84\xa2 (yet to be launched in the country).
