Job Description


Description:The PMO role will be a pivotal and central role within GDC; reporting directly to GDC Head. This role will involve working with multiple stakeholders for monitoring, analysis and reporting business performance of GDC and critical management initiatives within GDC. It is a great role to work closely with the GDC management team and help drive transformation activities within the business.Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating data from different departments and creating reports for review.
  • Running data analysis and insights to discuss with business leaders.
  • Review and call-out of operational parameters in an offshoring setup.
  • Liasing with finance and business on addressing number discrepancy, if any.
  • Be the central point for Corporate Planning/Commercial excellence Team for GDC commercial reviews.
  • Organizing and running branch sales and DU monthly review meetings; handling associated follow-ups.
  • Supporting GDC leader on critical transformation-led initiatives.
  • Working on and driving action items designed for GDC alongwith Corporate strategy team.
  • Role requires to be a window between business and different functions of the company.
Key requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts.
  • Stronghold on excel. Must have advanced excel knowledge and experience.
  • Good Powerpoint skill - to create presentation for senior management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of offshoring and development center business model is an added benefit.
  • Prior PMO experience is a plus.
