If you are ready for a challenging and rewarding career, read on and apply today for a life-changing opportunity.The positionAs an Associate Manager Patient Education & Advocacy in healthcare domain, your role would encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring equitable access to healthcare services and medications, detailed responsibilities as per below:

  • Develop and execute patient education and engagement strategies, ensuring they align with the overall patient and market education strategy.
  • Support key projects such as Center of Excellence, changing diabetes\xc2\xae in children (Type 1), Changing Diabetes Barometer (Type 2), and Affordability plans for vulnerable populations.
  • Analyze data and maintain dashboards to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in patient education.
  • Track metrics and effectiveness of campaigns to drive greater impact.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and drive policy shaping and advocacy efforts with professional associations, patient advocacy groups, NGOs, and international bodies.
  • Establish partnerships with patient advocacy groups to amplify the patient voice.
  • Manage projects related to patient education, access, and advocacy from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to promote patient education and advocacy leading to policy shaping.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare or equivalent (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare, patient education, patient support, patient access, or a similar role/field.
  • Proven track record of project management experience and skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to drive insights and improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharma value chain and environment, healthcare services, and communications field.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and other software for data management and analysis.
  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to promoting patient education and advocacy leading to policy shaping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Provide training and education to internal teams on patient education, advocacy best practices, and relevant healthcare policies.
