We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our India Marketing team to work with a team of talented individuals, leading strategy and execution of channel partner marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing and new product launches. The ideal candidate would have experience managing ATL, BTL, brand communications, packaging, market research, new launches, agency management and conceptualising go-to-market strategies. The position entails working cross-functionally with sales, creative, operations, customer service, tech and analytics. The person in this role will drive and quickly adapt to evolving business priorities via marketing. This role will have the opportunity to work in markets across India with open learning opportunities from international markets.What you will be expected to doBrand Communication:

  • Develop and own the brand\'s identity, positioning, product value proposition, packaging, go-to market strategy.
  • Drive the company\'s understanding of our customer needs by staying on top of market trends, competitor activities, analysing customer objectives and collaborating with the sales team.
  • Work with R&D on product development, conduct market and feasibility studies for new products.
  • Build and strengthen the brands equity to drive awareness, preference, repeat purchase and continuously track these metrics to support overall brand strategy.
  • Create and execute brand communication campaigns for offline and online channels.
Content & Creatives:
  • Ideate, create and float impactful marketing collaterals that drive awareness and sales.
  • Ideate different collaterals that can bolster brand image while making the brand stand out from the competition.
  • Oversee the content calendar across all business verticals.
  • Create, float and update information kits for all new launches.
  • Timely closure of new product packaging.
  • Regular updating of central repository of marketing collaterals for all stakeholders.
Activations & Collaborations:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies across various media forms including traditional, digital and social.
  • Drive brand activation, events and sponsorships in key markets across India via ATL, BTL & TTL to support retail, partner networks and other available channels.
  • Analyse, suggest and implement collaborations that facilitate brand awareness and sales cost-effectively.
Channel Marketing:
  • Work collaboratively with diversified teams of partners to create & manage integrated marketing strategies i.e. retail, MFI, institutional partners.
  • Coordinate and manage requests from internal sales teams for marketing material creation and dissemination.
Market & Product Research:
  • Generate strong market-wise consumer insights that will drive communication.
  • Drive market research to identify products that can cater to growing consumer needs as well as to support other decision-making processes.
Agency and Supplier Management:
  • Managing the advertising, media, activation and other agencies to deliver on the brand\'s plans.
  • Create innovative local media solutions to derive cost efficiencies.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals and execute them within timelines.
Reporting:
  • Planning ahead for monthly, quarterly and yearly calendar with key activities, timelines and expected ROI.
  • Timely and frequent report sharing of ROI with management to keep all stakeholders informed about developments in marketing.
You might be a strong candidate if you have/are
  • Master\'s degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing.
  • At least 4-5 years of marketing experience in a consumer-facing role.
  • Prior experience working for a consumer goods company, in a high-growth startup or working with a fast-paced agency.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively to leadership team members.
  • Deep experience in data gathering, analysing and driving actions based on facts and data.
  • Direct experience of managing celebrity, communication, advertising (TV, radio, print), media (PR), creative & BTL/activation agencies.
  • Strong project management skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
