\xef\x82\xb7 Understand the market, competition and gauge market trends
\xef\x82\xb7 Adapt to changing environment quickly, devise growth tracks, can work in multi-functional teams
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify opportunities, able to assess their impact & influence for execution
\xef\x82\xb7 Be engrained with planning, governance, financial control, budgeting, commercial negotiations and performance review aspects of the business
\xef\x82\xb7 Creating the Annual Operating Plan for the business functions and refresh the outlook for the year every quarter by working with products, business, marketing and growth teams
\xef\x82\xb7 Creating and reviewing weekly and monthly business review decks and presenting the findings, challenges, action items in the broader forum of business leaders
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with the business teams for offers and marketing campaigns planning from a financial
RoI stand points
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with the business and procurement teams for commercial closure and revisions for cost optimisation
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to business finance and business teams while recommending further courses of action
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, growth results and the business actual performance compared to the business plans
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage planning, budgeting, MEC reviews and commercial closures for various business expenses
Requirements: Experience: 5-7 Years
\xef\x82\xb7 CA or MBA from premier institute
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst (not mandatory), business finance manager, corporate finance
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive understanding of insurance industry, financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong data analysis skills
