Prior experience in handling teams is required. Hands-on experience on SQL, any BI platform (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, Looker, Quicksight etc) Experience in creating SQL data models and corresponding data cubes in BI platforms. Conceptual understanding of basic statistical concepts (Sampling, Distributions, Central tendency, Hypothesis testing etc) Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes Ability to identify relevant data to solve business problems and (in)validate hypothesis (Good to have) Prior data modeling experience in R/Python and some classification and/or regression techniques (Good to have) Prior experience with marketing platform such as moengage, clevertap, appsflyer (Good to have) Prior experience of working in zero to one business initiatives. (Good to have) Prior experience/understanding of Investments (Mutual funds) would be a plus
