We also come in with some strong IP and pre-built analytics solutions in data mining, BI and Big Data.Job LocationBangalore/Chennai/Pune/Gurgaon/KolkataRoles & ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary contributor for the tool implementation of Data governance programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and support solutions for Data governance in popular tools like Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc. to enable data cataloging, meta data management, and data lineage of the enterprise\'s applications and data sources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enable enterprise level integration of metadata stores for the business users to search and understand information by developing standard business glossaries and data dictionaries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in implementing a solution for Data Cataloging with a Data governance tool to establish clear data ownership along with access control management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build custom integrations between the Data governance tool and various data stores to map and view data lineage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the enterprise in migrating from existing (and different) data sources like SharePoint, Excel, etc. to a Data Governance tool. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in implementing a Workflow management system to optimize, improve, and automate the Data Governance workflows for the data stewards to increase output, eliminate repetition, and reduce errors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement the means to track, investigate and correct data quality issues in a Data Governance tool and support in setting up data quality rules for data validation and standardizationQualification & ExperienceDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of hands-on experience utilizing tools like #Collibra, #Informatica, #Alation, etc. to implement Data governance programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years of experience in data management space under any area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyst, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and leaders to identify and align on workable business solutions to data privacy requirements and challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certifications on these tools is a plusWhy Join Tredence?There is a reason we are one of the fastest growing private companies in the country!
