As an Associate Manager, you will be reporting to Head of Intelligent Automation CoE, Enterprise Platforms and Technology Services and would be responsible for all Projects, Business Partnerships in Intelligent Automation.
You will be responsible to guide, Line of Business through the Technology Roadmaps of Intelligent Automation, to solve their business problems and help achieve high value automations for LOBs. This also includes prioritization of Projects, Business Partnerships with Line of Businesses and Pipeline building for the Automation Champions & Experts Team. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Lead the team, handle all people related tasks and review progress on key project activities, such as IT initiatives, system / technology strategy, project budgets, compliance, audit & inspection readiness and implement mitigating actions as required.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of technology fits for Novo Nordisk Landscape and introduce new technologies which can add value to the automation portfolio
  • Managing a portfolio of technologies and projects for the Intelligent Automation CoE to support Intelligent Automation CoE.
  • Adapt to global mind-set ensuring effective and efficient global collaboration.
  • Responsible for Stakeholder management including Line of Business (LoB) and Vendor Management.
  • Establish healthy and safe working conditions and workplaces within own area of responsibility for both Novo Nordisk employees and non-Novo Nordisk employees
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience with IT.
  • 2-4 Year Experience in leading teams and people.
  • 4+ years of relevant technology and pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Data analysis skills. Project management skills.
  • Attention to detail, Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
  • Ability to represent Novo Nordisk in relations with users and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
  • Highly proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Team player and Knowledge of automation technologies.

Digital Data & IT GBS (Global Business Service) was established in February 2010 as an integral part of Digital Data & IT in HQ (Head Quarter). Intelligent Automation CoE was established in 2017 from the GBS unit to help set the roadmap of automation for Novo Nordisk.
