Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company\'s growth and success. Designation - Associate Manager - TA Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. 2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process. 3. Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 5. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. 6. Team Management, monitoring & motivating the team to close current positions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, OR Any Graduate. 2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the BPO Industry. 3. Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for various roles and strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
