Job description:In this role they will drive talent management strategy, communication framework and enhance culture in line with business plans. The incumbent will design and execute the succession planning road map. They will partner with Business Leaders, HR BPs and COEs for their work. This is an Individual Contributor role.Job Role and Responsibilities:Talent Management
  • Design and deploy 360-degree assessments as an input to IDPs.
  • Partner to create an integrated talent management framework for the organization.
  • Design succession planning road map and plan and track career / growth journeys for identified successors.
  • Create a platform for ongoing employee conversations with supervisors around aspirations, careers and engagement.
Organization Culture & Development
  • Drive leadership culture by stratifying and partnering with the leadership development team.
  • Create a robust Diversity and Inclusion plan and institutionalise it by working closely with business leaders and diverse employees.
Communication
  • Create and execute a 2-way communication framework.
  • Design EVP and lead employer brand initiatives.
RequirementsDesired for the Role:
  • A Strong Talent Management professional, with 8+ years of experience ideally in a Tech/ Product Organization.
  • Management Degree with specialization in Human Resources or Post-graduate in Psychology & Certifications in OD, Psychometric tools etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of integrity and discipline
  • Ability to create, present and execute ideas, reports, and budgets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge in local employment laws and best practice
