About the jobOur Team:Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SGH strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally.Main responsibilities:The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:Partner with Global HEVA Modelling leads to support visionary and creative leadership for Global HEVA Economic Modeling group concerning Sanofi developmental and in-line product portfolio. Collaborate with Global HEVA Modelling lead to develop economic models (Cost-Effectiveness and Budget Impact) in a timely manner and to high standards of quality and rigor
People: (1) Collaborate with HEVA Modeling leads to consult the value and access and HEVA business partners to determine model requirements; (2) Collaborate with colleagues from HEVA, medical affairs, and commercial product teams to executive analysis of pre-existing model/scenario to investigate research queries; (3) Collaborate with Global HEVA modeling leads to liaise external vendors supporting any modeling work and will be accountable for any development and validation required; (4) Interact with external vendors
Performance: (1) The Associate Manager (HEOR modeling) will be responsible for developing health economic models like cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, run scenario analysis, this include but not limited to - model conceptualization, model execution in agreed platform, develop technical reports/slide deck (2) Work on methodological aspect of comparative effectiveness analysis/ health economic modeling (3) Provide strategic inputs in HEOR analysis activities; (4) Lead and support development of tools, technology, and processes in order to constantly improve quality and productivity; (5) Develop and maintain expertise across therapeutic areas (with focus on oncology, rare disease and NS/IM).
Process: (1) Accountable to develop processes and templates to meet requirements and deliverables for HEVA comparative efficacy analysis across portfolio; (2) Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards; (3) Secure adherence to comparative efficacy analysis guidelines and protocols; (4) Ensure creating and developing tools, technology, and process to constantly improve quality and productivity
Stakeholder: (1) Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (medical scientific community) with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement; and (2) Partner with HEVA, Real World Evidence, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access global or local teams, and interact effectively with external advisors
About you
Experience: 5+ years of experience in doing HE modeling which includes developing health economic models like CEA, BIM CCA etc. Documented experience in having initiated and delivered health economic models and tools to support country reimbursement and access in Europe, US and other Asian countries.
Soft skills: Stakeholder management; communication skills; and ability to work independently and within a team environment
Technical skills: Relevant training/experience in developing health economic models like cost-effectiveness model. Budget impact model etc., hands on experience of working with Excel VBA, familiarity with R, R-shiny would be added advantage
Education: Advanced degree in health economics, pharma, statistics, engineering
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
