Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with 5-15 years of specialized expertise in Natural Gas sales, LPG sales and/or sales of Industrial Fuels. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional numerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong analytical mindset. Fluency in English, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities, is essential. This role demands a professional with a pleasant demeanour, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving targets. Extensive travel, including overnight stays, is a requirement for this position. This role requires a dynamic individual with a thorough understanding of industry terminology, provisions, and operations related to standard Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs) and Gas Transportation Agreements (GTAs) from major players like GAIL, PIL, and GSPC. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of sales plans to help drive revenue growth and market expansion in natural gas sales.
• Assist in identifying and exploring new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
• Help in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in contract discussions and assist in preparing agreements in line with company policies and industry standards.
• Conduct basic market research to analyze prices of alternative fuels and monitor key market indicators such as Brent, JKM, and WIM.
• Observe trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights to assist in refining sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution and delivery of natural gas sales and transportation contracts and customer service initiatives
Qualifications:
BE/B. Tech (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical)+ME/M. Tech/MBA
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Associate for Gas Sales and Business Development with 3-7 years of relevant experience in Natural Gas, LPG, and/or Industrial Fuels sales
Salary Bracket:
The salary for this position is in the range of 5-8 Lacs per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
