Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.
Support project execution and resource allocation.
Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.

Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.
Help identify and resolve project challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering
Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Technical knowledge in package applications
Strong communication and leadership skills
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
