EKSs focus spans across a diverse spectrum of food animal sectors namely Beef, Dairy, Poultry, Protein Processing, and Swine.The IT Associate Manager will be responsible for consulting, development, implementation and maintenance of digital products, tools and technologies to support these initiatives.Role & Responsibilities

• Develop a clear understanding of the existing infrastructure and application environments and provide support directly or through third-party partners
• Willing to be hands-on with project deliverables and able to demonstrate a pattern of success in using analytic methods to solve business problems.
• Work closely with development partners and lead technical aspects of projects related to digital product development, infrastructure environment, devices/equipments, security/validation, 3rd party software tools
• Serve as point of contact for team members for general technical questions and maintain a line of site into enterprise teams to support the rollout of corporate IT initiatives.
• Possess awareness and knowledge of regulatory, legal or quality requirements impacting the business areas, and ensures solution requirements comply.
• Ability to clearly communicate with and persuasively present technical and non-technical information to a wide variety of audiences.
• Develop and evolve new or existing processes, procedures to create possible alternative, agile, efficient solutions to moderately complex problems as well optimizing the costs
• Work collaboratively and use sound judgment in developing robust solutions while seeking guidance on complex problems.
• Bring forward ideas and opportunities to improve technical viability and modernization of all EKS related tools.

Basic Qualifications (Must have)

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts, information integration, virtualization, and application interfaces
• Experience in Cloud computing on Azure and/or GCP
• Experience in the creation data pipelines of queries and reports using SQL and/or reporting tools, i.e PowerBI, DataBricks
• IT infrastructure experience/knowledge both legacy (server based) and cloud.
• ITSM and/or ITIL knowledge
• Experience in both waterfall and agile delivery.
• Demonstrated learning agility and desire to continue to acquire expertise in area of focus.
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

IT Experience Minimum 4 - 7Good to Have Skills:

• Understanding or interest of the animal health industry.
• Past experience with IoT projects.
• Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and advanced Excel capabilities
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and work collaboratively in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking.
