##### About the Position
The Associate Manager for CSR Solutions will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing corporate social responsibility (CSR) solutions that align with the company's values and strategic objectives. This position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative CSR initiatives, measure their impact, and ensure they address key social and environmental issues.
##### Responsibilities
CSR Program Development:
• Develop and implement CSR programs that align with the company's mission and goals.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for CSR initiatives and develop solutions that address these needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate CSR solutions into core business operations.
Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage CSR and sustainability projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability programs.
• Monitor project progress, track metrics, and report on outcomes and impacts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including employees and senior management, to foster a culture of social responsibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including community organizations, NGOs, and industry partners.
• Represent the company in CSR-related events, forums, and conferences.
Impact Measurement and Reporting:
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the impact of CSR solutions.
• Prepare and present CSR reports, highlighting the achievements and impact of initiatives.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in all CSR activities and reporting.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on trends, best practices, and innovations in CSR.
• Identify and implement new approaches and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of CSR solutions.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the CSR team and across the organization.
Communication and Training:
• Develop communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives and engage employees and external stakeholders.
• Create educational materials and deliver training programs to enhance understanding and participation in CSR activities.
• Coordinate CSR campaigns and events to raise awareness and drive engagement.
##### Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Social work, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, CSR, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a related field is a plus.
• Around 1 to 3 years of experience in CSR, Sustainability, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social impact strategies, sustainability frameworks, and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to work across departments and with external partners to achieve common goals.
• Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives using relevant metrics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.
