Location : MohaliCity : MohaliState : Punjab (IN-PB)Country : India (IN)Requisition Number : 35196:The Continuous Controls Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring that all the Accounts Payable transactions processed are audited and an assurance provided to the Bunge business that no erroneous payments are made to the suppliersThe Lead also supports the Bunge organization in performing preliminary audit to identify potential audit issues which needs to be resolved prior to internal/external auditHe/She is also responsible to ensure that any audit points related to BBS service delivery teams are closed and remediation actions implemented within the agreed timelines with the auditor\'s:

• Performs sample transactional audit leveraging on automation tools on all Accounts payable transactions to ensure that no erroneous payments are paid to Bunge suppliers
• Performs daily duplicate audit checks and highlights potential duplicate postings/payments if any to the Service delivery team prior to the payment
• Supports the Bunge service delivery team\'s in performing preliminary audit on specific process areas to identify potential deviations to the Bunge processes and process controls
• Prepares periodic compliance reports and shares deviations if any with the SOX and local AP teams requesting for reasons and approvals for these deviations (FB60 and Out of VIM postings)
• Responsible to ensure that any \'Management Action Plan (MAP)\' items related to BBS Service delivery teams are actioned and resolved within the stipulated time. Performs periodic follow-up\'s with the action owners to ensure timely resolution
• Provides control analytic reports like (ATF, Split DPO\'s, Split PO\'s) with the local procurement organization to highlight deviations if any to the Global Procurement policy

:

• CCA team was responsible for identifying and taking necessary actions on potential duplicate payments. Total $24M duplicate payments were identified and payments if any made were recovered for the years 2019 to Q1 2022
• The lead has a team of 5 resources who are supporting in performing the transactional audit

• Ensure that no erroneous payments are made to suppliers. Incorrect payments made if any are recovered
• Provide an assurance to the Service delivery team and the Bunge business that control measure exists to check for accuracy of invoices posted by the BBS AP teams

• In 2021 the CCA Lead was involved in performing preliminary audit on the BNA procurement processes prior to the GIA audit and identified potential areas of audit concerns. The supported was greatly appreciated by the Regional Procurement Lead and the BBS management

• Professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CA Inter
• Experience in performing audit, designing control and implementing compliance processes in the previous role
• Good communication skills (Both written and spoken)
