Role Responsibilities

  • Awareness and understanding of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy and model appropriate to this role
Business
  • Good understanding and experienced with key Client Onboarding, Maintenance and Offboarding processes related to CCIB segment.
Processes
  • Good understanding and experienced with key Client Onboarding, Maintenance and Offboarding processes.
  • Extensive experience supporting and working alongside business users and technology teams in a multinational organization. The experience will need to include managing cross border and multiple nationalities / cultures.
  • Ability to proactively identify the risks and propose action plan for mitigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message and updates to various level of users and stakeholders.
  • Display Client-centric, ready to help attitude, pro-activeness and diligence in resolving requests and queries promptly and with superior standards.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams / functions.
  • To be able to work in any timings based on the work pressure and what it demands.
  • Ability to create meaningful MI and dashboards providing insightful trends and updates to various stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Familiarity in internal bank applications such as SCI, eCDD+, Workbench, CreditMate etc. though desirable is not mandatory

  • Strong track record of supporting and working alongside front-office/middle office staff.
  • He/she should be a team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise effectively and tailor communication with key internal stakeholders across various levels in the organization

  • Identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures
