Associate Manager to work with the Portfolio Insight team to research topics in the healthcare technology market including competition, industry trends and new market opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to perform reliable research, distill their findings into understandable reports, work independently and manage quality control for output from the India-based team. They will act as the team lead for the competitive intelligence program, driving secondary and primary research projects. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Monitor competitive, industry and market trends. Gather data about competitors\' market offerings, pricing/business models and messaging Perform reliable research using a variety of trustworthy research sources Interpret data and make recommendations Summarize research findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports Meet deadlines for research projects as defined by Portfolio Insights Work closely with Sales and produce and deliver content to enhance their competitive intelligence utilization experience Present findings to management Mentor and (intended eventual manger) of the India-based team members Education, Experience, & Skills Required: 7-10 years of relevant experience. Bachelor\'s Degree, MBA preferred Healthcare Technology experience preferred High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical skills & critical thinking abilities Strong communication skills to gather, interpret and present results Superior use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint High degree of familiarity with a variety of software applications and the internet Proven skills and ability in project management, research and analysis Familiarity with Salesforce About athenahealth Here\'s our v ision: To create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.
