:OverviewThe BI and Reporting is the digital transformation engine for PepsiCo that sits within the Strategy & Transformation organization. It focuses on the re-imagination and digitization of capabilities, processes, services, and reporting for the Enterprise through the design, development, and deployment of digital products and solutions. S&T BI & Reporting works with business, sectors, markets, and regions, leveraging a core set of integrated technologies, such as AI, ML, RPA, and Conversational AI.As an Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering and publishing reports as per defined timelines, quality standards and SLAs as per the Reporting catalogue. You are required to align and prioritize on delivery of reports improvements aligned to Transformation goals/priorities, and assist with design, development of automation solutions along with scoping value outcomes.
Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Execute against team charter for Reporting verticalo Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)o Leverage business performance explanations from teams around the world to incorporate considerations beyond data into reportingo Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunitieso Monitor key channel, customer, competitor (incl. PL) and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervalsxc2xb7 Support Reporting Lead/Sr. Managers/Managers deliver against needs articularted by Business Partners within the Hubs to address the business questions and process requirements

• Deliver against needs of stakeholders, requestors and sector/functional leaders

o Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope xe2x80x93 in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content managemento Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partnerso Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts)o Primary executor responsible for flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transferxc2xb7 Process managemento Consults and collaborates with business stakeholders and Product Solution Designers to understand and assess the current state of existing processes through interviews, time activity analyses, process observations, and surveyso Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operationso Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loopQualifications

• 4-6 years overall experience; with excellent written & Verbal Communication skills, world-class stakeholder management skills and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve process & deliverables
• depth and breadth of custom and syndicated research/analytics
• strong understanding of internal & external data sources that could contribute to the reporting and analysis function
• very strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insight from category consumption, brands drivers, macro & micro trends, and future forces of consumer change and deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business

• Advanced powerpoint and intermediate excel skills. Would be involved in Template creation and alignment with the BU/Sector team
• Ability to convert insights into story that answers critial business questions.
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI knowledge
• Python and SQL knowledge is preferred
• Hands on with tools for RMS/POS/Panel/Syndicated data sources IRI, Nielsen, Euromonitor, Kanar World panel

Ability to visualize data set and identify KPIs that will help descision making.
