As an Associate Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be entrusted with below responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the deliveries and contributions for DD&IT Enterprise Platform CoE GBS and manage the maintenance, enhancements, and support of enterprise platforms CoE, including systems such as OPC and Aconex, Qcase, askHR, and Clarity.
  • Align expectations and communication with stakeholders, business owners, and process owner delegates.
  • Take budget responsibility for the team and systems, ensuring effective platform management and coordinate with global stakeholders in Headquarters, business areas, and affiliates to define and follow-up on service strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead the team in managing day-to-day aspects of delivery, support, releases, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Serve as a consultant on managed services and systems, supporting the head of Enterprise Platforms CoE.
Qualifications
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s or Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of overall experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences.
  • Essential: Budget management and SOX, GDPR, GxP experience (Preferred).
  • Proficiency in overseeing various IT areas, problem-solving, leadership, and communication.
  • Ability to identify, define, and develop solutions to complex issues and problems.
  • Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, communication, and consensus building skills.
  • Must have high cultural sensitivity.

Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 1000+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management.
