The Position

As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for the business performance of the IT QA team. Furthermore, being a leadership role, you will be overall responsible for management of the IT QA team. You will be expected to leverage your expertise for quality assurance activities and IT quality advice for IT infrastructure, IT security, IT systems, IT projects by collaborating with the IT QA team. Additionally, you will be responsible for People development that include Performance appraisal, Individual Development Plans (IDP), onboarding and relevant trainings and further nomination of employees for promotions. You are expected to support the ITQA Leadership team in their strategic department initiatives, defining business priorities, budget. You will be further responsible for leading the team in line with Novo Nordisk Way to ensure optimal employee development and resource utilisation. You will be trusted to fulfil below responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation of best practices and follow-up on continuous improvements.
  • Drive the implementation of strategy and direction for IT Quality Assurance Team in line with the Department Goals and Objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and Novo Nordisk agreements related to health and safety.
  • Contribute to a good and collaborative working environment in the cross-cultural project groups.
  • Manage effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualification
  • 12 years of experience along with M.Sc., B.Sc. or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality)
  • Min 2+ years of experience as manager / managing a team or project manager
  • Min 5+ years of practical experience in GxP areas.
  • Min 2+ years of experience related to IT Quality Management and IT processes
  • Min 2+ years of practical experience in IT QA
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent quality system education.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with partners and colleagues.
  • Highly proactive and able to take initiatives & manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-managed, strong personal drive and ability to engage with team towards delivering excellent performance and results.
  • High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones.
About the Department

ITQA is an extended unit of Denmark that supports different system/service portfolios across Global IT and IO affiliates. We are responsible for managing ITQA tasks for corporate GxP IT systems, RPA and parts of PS infrastructure. We focus on providing high-quality services using simple and agile processes to ensure compliance. ITQA team leverages the knowledge and experience of IT and quality assurance to provide three main services: Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Support.
