  • Reconciliation of the revenue as per various internal systems in the organisation
  • Formalising the SOP for various accounting processes (both operations and control process) along with the necessary accounting treatments.
  • Preparing the RCM across processes at system and manual level and driving the ICFR control process review with the internal and external audit teams along with the recommended system/process changes.
  • Responsible for driving internal audit and statutory audit at defined intervals and ensuring the closure on a timely basis.
  • Submission of the schedules along with variance analysis with the Central controllership team on a monthly basis.
  • Driving Key programs with the tech for the development of Finance requirements related to reporting and operations.
Work Experience Required: * CA with 1-2 year of experience in a Controllership role. Fintech experience will be preferred.
  • Expertise knowledge in working with MS Office
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
