Associate Litigation
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 year of experience in litigation and should hold a license to practice law in Mumbai. The candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Appear in various courts and tribunals in Mumbai and handle day-to-day court proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions to clients.
• Assist senior lawyers in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Attend client meetings and provide legal advice.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
