Designation: Associate - Legal & Contracts

Key Responsibilities:• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, and other corporate documents.
• Assess and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations and advise management accordingly.
• Review tenders/ RFPs and create risk assessment reports highlighting any exposure to the management.
• Liaise with external counsel and other contacts within the organisation as well as with the parent company on legal matters.
• Prepare and maintain legal documents, including contracts, research memorandums, and correspondence, and maintain a repertoire of all documents under the legal functions.
• Assist with other administrative tasks including coordinating with stakeholders for stamp paper, document signatures and other supplementary activities.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the legal department.



Qualifications:• Law graduate from an accredited law school/ university in India.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
