1 Shared Services - Legal Manager Business Vertical: Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd . Department: Legal Designation: Manager - Legal Line of Business: Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd Proposed Immediate Superior (Designation): Deputy Vice President Grade: M3 Key Objective of the Job: Drafting, vetting, negotiating various Agreements including Loan Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, MOUs, Letters of Engagement, Service Level Agreements, Leave and License/Lease Agreements. Major Deliverables: Reviewing and analyzing new initiatives and structures like digital lending, key tie-ups Reviewing and drafting loan and security creation documents Reviewing mailers and external and internal communications, advertisements Tracking and analyzing changes in law and preparing updates Advising on business queries from time to time Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts Educational Qualification: LL.B/LL.M from a recognized college/university Desired Experience: Reputed law firm which worked and handled transactions pertaining to such companies Other desired attributes: Strong academic record. Sound knowledge of basic legal principles Good command over English and drafting skills.
