Job Description

Responsibilities :1. Ensuring tracking of all Compliance Parameters and Publishing timely reports and dashboards -
Monitoring Compliance for the assigned geography and ensuring all reports are completed on time and are without errors including timely clearance of any assigned inbox. Reviewing Incidents reported and take it to closure with the ER/HR teams. Closure of Data Awaited cases within a reasonable time.2. Contribute to process improvements to ensure compliance and Improve efficiency through automation
To come up with impactful process improvements and innovative ways to enhance compliance controls by means of automation or process enhancement. This can include new requirements or Change Requests introduced in the internal Immigration platform and related integrated systems3. Internal and External Audits handling
"Working and supporting Internal GI Audit Initiatives including Process audits, External Audits and Ad-Hoc projects, whenever one arises.
Conducting end - to - end process audits as needed based on a set parameter."4. Work cohesively as a team
Work cohesively as a team and ensure that team works efficiently to balance workload and plan effectively for the given process or country portfolio. Collaborating with internal cross functional teams on projects and country or geo level matters.Additional Responsibilities :- Needs to have domain knowledge in the Immigration field preferably for Europe.
- Having some auditing experience, if possible
- Total Fulltime work experience - 3+ years
