Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and
bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and
effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire
project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Broad Role / Responsibilities
Broad role typically entails our resources to adopt problem solving approach to solve important client
problems and extend support in monitoring / managing large projects, involving following
responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Conceptualisation of projects for clients
\xef\x82\xb7 Identification of problem areas / concerns; exploration of optimal ways to tackle these
\xef\x82\xb7 Define IT solutions to address the client requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure professional documentation in timely manner (both client level & internal)
\xef\x82\xb7 Client stakeholder management
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
\xef\x82\xb7 Track project milestones and deliverables, prepare project dashboard
\xef\x82\xb7 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, devise contingency plans
\xef\x82\xb7 Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare \xe2\x80\x9clessons learned\xe2\x80\x9d documentation for projects / engagements
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop best practices and tools for project execution and managementBroad Experience & Expertise Requirements
Proposed role requires a candidate with relevant experience working with Central and/or State
Governments, or at least 1 projects of more than 1 year duration in Government consulting involving -
1. Transformative Governance through Citizen Centric Service Delivery
2. Assist in evaluation and implementation and monitoring of Central and State specific schemes
3. Assist in saturation of above schemes and suggest course corrections
4. Assist in implementation of reforms
5. Activity engage with key decision makers in formulating specific implementation plans,
policies, programmes
6. Public Transport related capacity building initiatives and monitoring support
Specific Past Work Experience Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 2 to 5 years of experience@ PwC 2 | Page
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of working with Central and/or State Governments is preferred
Educational Qualifications
\xef\x82\xb7 Graduation: BE / BTech, or equivalent
\xef\x82\xb7 Post-Graduation: MBA or equivalent (Tier I Universities/Colleges) only.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to handle complex assignment independently
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work with ambiguity. Taking a systematic, structured view of situations.
