You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.




Our Applications Programming - Practice Support team helps translate PwC's business requirements through efficient and effective Information Technology software applications. We design, develop, test, and implement sophisticated software applications in support of the firms needs and requirements.

Job Summary •(Please include a couple of lines on the firm and LoS)•

To ensure effective implementation of Information Security Policy requirements related to Exception management, user requests related to Security services and be a Single point of contact for the user queries and issue resolutions Coordinate with IT and other teams for issue resolutions and provide periodic status reports to leadership


Roles & Responsibilities •(essential functions and responsibilities of the job)• :


As an Associate Security Operations, you would be responsible for,


• Ensure that the PwC staff, its employees and contractors are aware of PwC India Data Protection Policy, best practices on ongoing basis through awareness programs
• Be the first subject matter expert for enquiries from staff on IT security, exception Management, user request management, providing them with appropriate advice and guidance.
• Ensure Compliance to Information Security policy requirements, achieving and monitoring compliance including any remedial measures
• Working closely with IT and Business lines, ensure that Information Security requirements are part of operational procedures.
• Establishing and maintaining up to date status trackers, ensure required documentations and artefacts related to the activities done

Education and Experience :


• Good understanding of Information Security aspects, operations and tools used
• Well versedIT Security help desk management
• Good understanding of computer systems, databases and cyber Security
• Good experience of creating training & awareness programs

Education Level: Bachelor or equivalents.
