Provides application software development services or technical support, typically for a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications, modify, and analyze existing application logic. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications. Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
