Provide reporting and analytics support to Recruiters on sourcing strategies to aid decision making. What you\'ll do day-to-day In this role, you will support the Global Recruitment team to identify accomplished candidates for finance and technical positions by creating and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will be providing administrative support for recruitment-related applications and workflows. You will be a part of the various complex operations that support our global HR functions, such as background checks, new hire onboarding, and benefits. Additionally, you will support the team on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that are data-intensive in nature and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.
