Position: Associate- Internal Operations & Quality Location: Hyderabad Reporting to: Manager - Internal Operations & Quality About the Role:
As an Associate for Internal Operations & Quality, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate internal operations and maintaining high-quality standards. Your attention to detail and motivation will be crucial in successfully carrying out your duties. In this role, you will focus on system setup for new and renewed accounts of our clients and partners. Responsibilities: • Set up the system and portal before launches and renewals from both client and partner ends.
• Establish or enhance existing processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams (Sales/CSM/Operations) regarding process clarifications.
• Collaborate with the product team to drive continuous improvement in services.
• Identify and address challenges within our system that impact day-to-day operations.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from internal teams and prioritize them effectively.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all client and partner activities using our internal CRM system.

Key success metrics for this role: • Achieving 100% accuracy in system setup and processes.
• Adhering to schedules and timelines.
• Identifying opportunities for product and process improvements.
