Visit the website for more:Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Working with the U.S. business valuation teams engaged in the valuation of business enterprises, equity interests, financial instruments and intangible assets for regulatory, financial and tax purposes\xc2\xb7 Working on building financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research etc\xc2\xb7 Working on valuation products (ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 820 and ASC 718 / IRC 409A etc.) along with seniors in the U.S. and INDUSInteracting with managers / seniors in the U.S. and INDUSSkills:\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance concepts\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of valuation methodologies such as income approach, market approach and cost approach\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of ASC 350, ASC 805, ASC 718 / IRC 409A , and ASC 820 is a plus point\xc2\xb7 Capability to handle pressure and working with deadlines\xc2\xb7 Strong communication (both verbal & written) skillsProfessional Experience / Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Experience of 0-2 years in business valuation/finance\xc2\xb7 Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field\xc2\xb7 Certification/license or progress towards CPA or CFA is a plus point\xc2\xb7 Accounting, finance, and economics knowledge; proficiency in US GAAP preferredGrant Thornton INDUS (Full Time Employee) Benefits
