Their work will involve creation of different types of content including newsletters, documentation & reports, brochures & flyers, webpage & social media content, and more.Responsibilities:

• Handle Content & Insights team's coordination of activities, engage in preparation of artifacts, and execute research and special projects.
• Develop different types of content such as success stories, newsletters, mailers, documentation, reports, brochures, flyers, webpage as well as social media content.
• Maintain smooth and efficient work flow while managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
• Support clients in the use of collaboration software being used in the client experience
• Offer ideas on how to approach client challenges including industry trends and user experience
• Communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences using sketches, storytelling, mood boards/storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and/or data visualizations

• Proficient in editing and proofreading
• Familiarity with design and layout concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience in a related field. Experience in design and content creation is preferred.
