& Summary A career within Internal Audit services, will provide you with an opportunity to gain an understanding of an organisation\xe2\x80\x99s objectives, regulatory and risk management environment, and the diverse needs of their critical stakeholders. We focus on helping organisations look deeper and see further considering areas like culture and behaviours to help improve and embed controls. Technical Skills
Knowledge of the following areas:
\xef\x82\xb7 Internal audit concepts & methodology
\xef\x82\xb7 COSO Framework
\xef\x82\xb7 Concept of "Risk & Control"
\xef\x82\xb7 Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities as well as their relationship
\xef\x82\xb7 Sarbanes Oxley Act & Clause 49 of Listing Agreement
\xef\x82\xb7 Internal control concepts (e.g. Preventive Controls; Detective Controls; Anti-fraud Controls;
etc.);
\xef\x82\xb7 IT System(s) in use/ ERP Environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Relevant Accounting Standards issued by the ICAI;
\xef\x82\xb7 Standards of the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing issued by the IIA;
\xef\x82\xb7 Other applicable common laws (e.g. Income Tax Act 1967, Companies Act 1956, Prevention of
Food Adulteration Act, etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 IT Tools such as advanced MS Excel, ACL etc.

Soft skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Communication & Interpersonal - good communication and presentation skills, ability to
connect well with the client and team members.
\xef\x82\xb7 Report writing - clarity of thought, articulation of observation/issues, good command over
written language.
