Visit us at .The Opportunity:Firmware Validation EngineerBangalore, KAxc2xb7 This individual will be primarily responsible for development of system test plan based on unit test plans of individual modules and adding missing test cases at system level for Data Centre SOC.xc2xb7 Interfacing with silicon, firmware, and platform groups during test content development.xc2xb7 products during emulation and post-silicon validation, automating the testcases, to debug SoC feature issues, and to run and maintain validation infrastructure.xc2xb7 Required Skills: Solid experience in Systems engineering especially dealing with embedded systems qualification and validation, system level Integration, automation framework (such as Robot Framework), and debugging of system software.xc2xb7 Hardware Exposure and understanding xe2x80x93 Comfortable with hardware bus interfaces, system design, reading schematics etcxc2xb7 Network /System Management xe2x80x93 Understanding or prior experience with IPMI, BMC, SNMP, BIOS, High Availability etc are preferable.xc2xb7 Experience with Python for automation scripting using Robot framework.xc2xb7 Solid experience in Creating System Test Cases, Test Plans, develop test content, automate execution, create test reports, and debug/triage of observed/reported failures.xc2xb7 Have deep experience of system level debugging (including customer issues) with good understanding of managing and triaging production level issues.xc2xb7 Stress, performance, and reliability Testing and Project Status reporting and communication Desired Skills: Baseboard Management Control (BMC) / Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI)xc2xb7 Linux Device Drivers and OS Internalsxc2xb7 Board Support Packages (BSP)xc2xb7 Firmware - Boot Loader, U Boot, Power Boot, UEFI, BIOSxc2xb7 System Bus - PCIe, I2C, I3C, SPI, SCSI, NVMe, USBxc2xb7 Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)xc2xb7 Qualification: BTech in Computer Science or ECE.xc2xb7 5+ Years of experiencexe2x80xa6What we believe:Were proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
