Daily visit to Ophthalmologists in assigned territory and brand detailing to HCPs. Distributors management.
Monthly sales closing. Conducting camps, CME and RTMs in the area. Conducting Staff Training program.
Meeting with Ophthalmologist of assigned territory and convince them to prescribe Alcon DEOH products to their patients.
Engaging top KOLs of the territory through RTM/CME and making them speaker in Scientific congresses
