Role description

Business Analyst



Experience: 2-3 Years o



As a Business Analyst, you will support senior analysts and project teams in delivering impactful business solutions.


Needs to be proactive, self-driven, diligent and take ownership.

Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating documentation, and supporting project execution.

Work on dashboard projects and contribute to data analysis and visualization tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of project objectives.

Prepare reports, presentations, and process flow diagrams to support decision-making.

Take ownership of small tasks or modules within larger projects and ensure timely completion.

Continuously learn new tools, techniques, and business processes to grow professionally.

Develop use cases, user stories, and test scenarios for validating system functionality.

Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in troubleshooting issues.

Create training materials and user guides for system users, ensuring smooth adoption of integrated tools.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to diverse projects.

Passionate about learning and growing within the Business Analyst domain.
