If you are ready for a new challenge and want to contribute to our mission of driving change to defeat serious chronic diseases, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.About the departmentCompliance Operations India was formed in August 2015 with major responsibility of handling compliance related activities globally and locally, Data privacy support, Study Pro support for Global Medical Affairs department and driving Digital agenda for BECO. The department is also responsible for safeguarding the Novo Nordisk values and license to operate, tracking the payments made to Health Care Professional (HCP) and Health Care Organizations (HCO), Human Rights and reporting Business Ethics KPI. The team is responsible for data consistency, completeness, consolidation, and reporting. The team is also supporting third party registrations, due diligence, and Business Ethics (BE) Compliance Frameworks.The positionAs a Compliance Associate II, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling compliance-related activities globally and locally, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing internal processes, documents, and reports to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
  • Providing advice on ethical and legal compliance issues, such as data privacy and labor code of conduct.
  • Monitoring legislation and regulatory policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures.
  • Safeguarding Novo Nordisk values and license to operate.
  • Tracking payments made to Health Care Professionals (HCP) and Health Care Organizations (HCO).
  • Supporting third-party registrations, due diligence, and Business Ethics (BE) Compliance Frameworks.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) degree.
  • Good academic track record and grades.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in compliance/finance processes.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and/or S4 Hana.
  • Understanding of HCP/HCO compliance.
  • Experience working with compliance processes in a global pharmaceutical company is preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Thorough and responsible. Good IT skills (MS Office).
