Coordinator. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication
skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Report Creation and Dashboarding
Generate and maintain project reports and dashboards to track progress,
milestones, and key performance indicators.
\xef\x82\xb7 Documentation Management:
Organize and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules,
meeting minutes, and action items.
\xef\x82\xb7 SOW Creation and Rate Card Management:
Assist in the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) outlining project scope,
deliverables, and timelines.
Manage rate cards for project resources, updating them as needed to reflect
changes in resource costs and agreements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Recruitment and Operations:
Utilize various sourcing platforms and channels to identify and attract top talent
for project roles.
Coordinate interview schedules for candidates, ensuring alignment with project
timelines and team availability.
\xef\x82\xb7 Client Management and Sync-Up for Interviews:
Liaise with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and resource needs.
Schedule and coordinate client sync-up meetings and interviews, ensuring
smooth communication and alignment between all parties involved.
\xef\x82\xb7 Resource Management:
Maintain records of project resources, including staff allocations and skill sets.
Coordinate with HR and department managers to address resource needs and
conflicts.
Qualifications:
\xef\x82\xb7 Previous experience in project coordination, recruitment coordination, or a similar
role is preferred.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric
approach.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-
