Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon/Bangalore Position Type: Full timeJob SummaryOrganizing, processing and analysis of data and information, administrative tasks within the Partner Affairs operations. The role will include working with the Partner Affairs team on various initiatives and projects across locations and lines of service.
Roles & Responsibilities:Data management

  • Collating information, population of databases
  • Extracting and processing reports, designing customised reports
  • Data analysis and presentation
  • Data compliance audit
  • Coordination with internal teams, gathering inputs and requirements
  • Managing information flow among stakeholders, within the guidelines
Support Partner Affairs team in initiatives through
  • Coordination with internal teams, administrative arrangements
  • Drafting communication and reports to senior management
  • Assistance in planning, organising and executing various internal initiatives within Partner Affairs
Essential skills
  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel
  • Good prioritizing, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance a fluctuating workload.
  • Flexible, able to change direction quickly, problem solving mindset.
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm, self-initiate and self-motivate.

Education and Experience: Any Graduation/Post graduationExperience: 3-5 YearsMandatory skill sets- Data Management, Human Resources (HR)
Preferred skill sets- Power BI
